Sales Development Representative (m/w/*)

Push comstruct into the market!

As a sales representative at comstruct, you work at the front of our growth strategy. You will be responsible to engage with potential customers, and build a relevant network in the industry. This is a high-impact role in a VC-funded pre-seed startup which can become a leadership role.

Sourcing: Generating qualified leads, by identifying relevant companies and people

Consultation: Recognizing the most pressing problems regarding the IT stack of our customers and proposing solutions

Network: Building and utilizing a network in the construction industry to increase sales

Data-driven: Optimizing our sales engine by establishing a data-driven sales approach

Representation: Communicate our brand, mission, and values at industry fairs and other events

Your profile

3+ years experience in B2B sales

Optimally network in the construction industry

Strong social and communication skills

Quick thinker and active listener with the ability to understand a customer’s problems fast

Preferably working knowledge of IT Systems in the construction industry
