Here’s a little about iTiles llc and the position they are seeking to fill:

iTiles LLC is a leading agency representing European manufacturers of ceramic tile and related products. iTiles LLC is currently servicing the construction and development industry in the United States, Canada and the Caribbean, with a focus on wholesale distributors, retailers, architects, designers and builders.

We are seeking an action-oriented, practical-minded individual with excellent communication skills, good problem-solving skills and a strong motivation for completing tasks and getting results. The right person will be autonomous, focused and reliable, with an attention to detail to keep things moving in the right direction.

Candidate will be required to have a B2 level of Common European Framework (CEF) for English and Italian in speaking and writing.

This is a full-time position with a 5-day (40-hour) commitment and a 6-month trial period. Candidate will be working REMOTELY and required to be accountable to stay current with daily tasks and on schedule with timelines.

Duties and Responsibilities

1) Liaison for all Intermatex Brand communication between customers and iTiles Sales Team (Brand Ambassadors) via email, phone and Intermatex related WhatsApp chats.

2) Assist with and track all aspects of Intermatex Display Distribution System in collaboration with iTiles & Intermatex Team members:

  • Display unit Deployment and Performance Tracker
  • Display unit inventory in Spain and US warehouses
  • Display unit Timeline Calendar
  • Production schedule
  • Shipping schedule from Spain to US warehouse
  • Shipping schedule from US warehouse to respective customers
  • Allocation of displays to respective customer
  • Customer Rebate program
  • Dissemination of all novelties to respective customers

3) Collaborate with Team members on all tradeshow related activities and tasks.

  • Coordinate and schedule product trainings, Team-building events and any client appreciation events when applicable
  • Attend industry trade shows as per company discretion (EX: Cevisama in Spain, Cersaie in Italy, Coverings, KBIS & TISE Surfaces in USA, etc)
  • Provide company Brand Ambassadors with support for leads and customers visiting Brand’s booth from iTiles respective territories
  • Take videos and photos of products displayed at Brand’s booth, edit and post on Social Media (FB, Instagram and iTiles YouTube channel)

4) Company’s CRM (currently Zoho One CRM)

  • Enter new sales leads and pertinent data
  • Maintain all customer account information current
  • Generate necessary data reports in collaboration with Team members
  • Collaborate with Team members on creating content for periodic email blasts and send out to customer base using Zoho Campaign
  • Manage follow-ups to email blasts in collaboration with Brand Ambassadors
  • Manage email blast campaign reports and follow-up to update Unsubscribe and Undeliverable emails

5) Process client sample and merchandising material orders placed by iTiles Brand Ambassadors and track shipping to respective storage units.

6) Participate in virtual coaching and personal training sessions including any in-person training or meetings at Intermatex Headquarters located in Onda, Castellón, Spain as per Companies discretion.

7) Participate in virtual iTiles-Intermatex related meetings and any pertinent Team member meetings as per Companies discretion..

8) Collaborate with Team members to create an agenda for virtual iTiles-Intermatex Executive meetings & iTiles-Intermatex All-Team meetings and manage posting of such meetings on iTiles-Intermatex calendar.


  • B2 level of Common European Framework (CEF) for English and Spanish in speaking and writing.
  • Minimum two years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word and Powerpoint).
  • Basic experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Platform. (Company currently utilizes Zoho One CRM).
  • Basic knowledge of Google Suite.
  • Ability to work remotely in an environment conducive to productivity and efficiency with an excellent Wifi connection.
  • Standard Driver’s License.
  • Ability to travel Internationally (Europe, USA & Canada).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 20,000.00€ per year
